The audience is aware that the most recent episode of Meet, which airs at prime time on TV, focuses on Meet Hooda’s pregnancy and the Ahlawat family’s care for her and the baby. The upcoming six-month time jump in Meet will result in Ashi Singh undergoing a profound change and developing into a girl from Gujarat.
In the forthcoming episodes, when Meet Hooda delivers her kid, her evil sister Manushi (Sharain Khanduja) will be shown replacing the baby with a stillborn child. This is a reference to the change in plot. Meet will learn of Manushi’s nefarious plan and attempt to locate her real child, while everyone else is devastated by the belief that her carelessness caused the tragedy.
However, in the midst of all these twists and turns, Meet will disappear, and the show will skip ahead six months. Post-jump, a new character, Manjiri (played by Ashi Singh), will be introduced. She is a flirtatious Gujarati girl who, despite looking identical to Meet Hooda, has very different personality traits.
Ashi Singh, commenting on the new look, said, “The forthcoming episodes of Meet are going to be incredibly interesting for the audience, as the show will jump ahead six months, and the drama will have everyone glued to their chairs. In reality, following the leap, I shall appear as Manjiri, a character wholly distinct from Meet Hooda. Their sole shared characteristic is their face. Her qualities are entirely unique. Not only does the new character provide me with a fresh challenge, but the character of Manjiri is also quite relatable to me as a person. I share her passion for dancing and dressing up. I am confident that the jump, my character’s debut into the programme, and the subsequent comedy will amuse everyone. I just hope that our audience continues to shower us with adoration and esteem.”
As Manjiri tries to fulfil Rajvardhan’s request while posing as Meet Hooda, Manjiri’s entrance into the Ahlawat household will bring up different plot twists, yet the audience will be completely captivated.

General Manager of MG Motors Pakistan Syed Asif Ahmed has said the company plans to introduce three models of completely knocked down (CKD) cars in Pakistan, including the HS model, as part of its five-year plan. In a statement to Business Recorder , Ahmed said Pakistan was a “very CKD-oriented market”. CKD vehicles are assembled locally compared to completely built units (CBUs) that need to be imported. “We are working closely with the Engineering Development Board. Despite global logistical crises, especially in China after Covid-19 lockdown and restrictions, plant equipment has arrived in Pakistan. We are working day and night to get it operational in the current fiscal year,” the general manager told Business Recorder . However, he did not specify the other two CKD models the company would introduce. “We want to provide Pakistan customers with multiple options and features in our vehicles,” he added. Ahmed said the safety features in locally assembled cars were “conside...
Federal Health Minister Qadir Patel on Wednesday announced that the government will begin vaccinating children between the ages of five and 11 against coronavirus "within a month or two" as he called for a return to Covid precautionary measures. At a media briefing of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) in Islamabad today, he said vaccines for children in the 5-11 year age bracket were only available with Pfizer. "We have engaged in a dialogue with them. Hopefully, by August or September, we will receive 6.8 million doses from Pfizer which is a step forward," he said. Covid cases in Pakistan, the minister noted, had increased in the last few days. "The situation is not worrisome [yet] but it requires the public to be cautious." For this purpose, the government is proposing three standard operating procedures (SOPs) that need to be "followed religiously", he said. "We ...
